We are excited here at Subaru Planet. We have added quite a few new items for you and hope to add many more in the future. Some of the new items here are Stainless Steel Strut Bars, Blow off Vales,Adapters and conrollers. We also have added Alteza Tailights for that added appearance for your Car. We have also added a custom intake ordering section where you can make up your own intake and we can manufacture it for you,if possible. There is also an engine replacement option for all of you that love your Subaru's and just need a repacement engine to keep the experience going. Performance cone air filters are also available and will improve performance. We will be adding more new products shortly. Due to poor health Larry has had to sell the business again to John Lang of Mod Options Inc. Mod Options Will now be handling all of the day to day business of Subaruplanet.com and all the pointing domain names. Mod Options Inc has been in business foe 11 years and we hope to carry on where Larry is leaving off. I will try and do my hardest to continue Larry's great customer service, and to answer all of your questions. We are up to 926 links and climbing. I just updated the products page with more items from new affiliate vendors. New Support Forum now linked from the menu bar instead of Tech Talk which never got updated. My mods page updated with Tein HA coil-overs, Speedy Wheels Atix-5 wheels in 17x17 with 47 offset and Kumho Supra 712 205/50x17 tires. Will add feedback about all "mymods" over the new few days and weeks. Stay tuned...

I set up a fully searchable mirror site on another server at www.scoobylinks.com in case this site is down. We are at 823 links now! Updated SubeNews with 2001 Detroit autoshow and Flash WRX presentation two weeks ago. Added variety of buy now buttons for most products that I stock. And, I updated the mymods.htm turbo discussion and edited the racepage article with more details.

Discovered a bug in the HTML that makes the background color, when viewed in Netscape, the same color as the text! I will be working on a fix Monday, after the holiday weekend. I have auto-x school and races this weekend, so no time til then. Still adding links daily, about 20 more added in two days, now at over 250 links...

Also, I bought a Stromung Exhaust and will have it in by next week. I got the dual tip model with 2.25" midpipe from R&E Performance. The iClub group buy price was $325 for muffler and $110 for midpipe. I'll post my impression of it as I install parts. Sport Compact Car magazine got a 5% improvement with the muffler and no midpipe changes in March 2000 issue, so I expect to see better than that.

Well, I found a host at www.westhost.com for only $8.95/month with unlimited traffic. If our web designer feels their servers and software will suit his upcoming site design we will likely move there.

I will be working with RMC Performance in Colorado Springs one of these days to build a real custom intake from aluminum tubing and silicone connectors. They estimate under $100 parts and labor.

Next will be a $125 Brospeed "universal" muffler, straight through design, with a 2.25" midpipe and midpipe resonator. The pipes and resonator will be about $160. This is not the same "quiet" Brospeed that SOA sells for the Impreza. If it is too loud and makes the car rattle all over, I can always have a quiter muffler installed, and will be able to sell this one for at least $75 used.

I will upload more pix of me with my car soon, after developing and scanning them.

The current plan we have for the site is to be a Major"Links"page for all Subaru Impreza 2.5 RS sites around the world, no matter how big or small. I have collected an imprezive number of links, and will be working on putting it together with Peter Pasonage of Vancouver B.C. in the near future.
